Cushion had to be returned in 72 hours for a gala! Surface had a "groove" where pen had dug in, and ink didn't budge. Pigments were mixed and the groove artfully filled in. It now resembles a natural flaw in the hide and isn't noticeable unless scrutinized closely. This is a good example of the best result for the worst situation.
